Our client is a leading luxury international company based in Geneva. In order to reinforce the Customer service team dedicated to the German market, we are looking for a :

Customer Service Associate - German fluent
Permanent or 6 months temporary contract possible.

To provide best in class Customer Services support to German sales teams, Commercial Support & Customers while implementing overall business strategy and aligning Customer Services Dpt to company Financial & Sales targets.

Your main missions :

Actively manage orders
•Monitor order release
•Management and maintenance of customer orders
•Organize and review shipment plans with customer portfolio
•Action all fulfilment opportunities and ensure maximum delivery window adherence

Improve “front-end” to customers
•Improve on floor delivery performance
•Communicate effectively
•Address customer issues proactively
•Anticipate any potential delivery issue

Link customer needs and feedback to supply chain operations
•Learn from customers’ complaints
•Enhance inter-department coordination
•Collect and communicate customer requirements/issues proactively

Support Sales team & Customers
•Offer complete support to Sales initiatives (Openings, EDI set up, new partnerships…)
•Eliminate onerous administrative procedures
•Deal with customer litigations (Refusals and returns) until credit note issuance
•Give support on Invoicing & Debit Note reconciliation to Finance Dpt

Your profile :

•German mother tongue or perfectly fluent + English fluent
•2-5 years of professional experience in Customer Services (Transport & deliveries experience a plus)
•Accurate and attentive to detail
•Flexible, open minded, positive attitude and good Team player
•Organisation skills, capacity to deal with priorities and react to urgencies
•Analytical and problems solving skills
•Computer Literate (Excel, Powerpoint, CSM-AS400, SAP, EDI)
