Your Job:
The Senior Account Manager's goal is to accelerate growth in market share and revenue. The successful candidate will have the experience and understanding of how to penetrate the Enterprise market. Account planning, strategic selling skills, and strong carrier's technical acumen are required for success in this position. You will join an international and fast growing team and will have the chance to build up a new market in Switzerland with reporting line to the Sales Director.
  • Identify key enterprise customers and build up excellent relationship and customer loyalty
  • Promote our customer's full range of Enterprise products, prepare and support negotiation and close the deals in cooperation with the Technical Sales Engineers and in collaboration with qualified Partners
  • Ensure high product adoption and retention rates
  • Work with regional management to define a go-to-market strategy
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's /Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in a senior direct touch role as Deal Maker
  • In-depth understanding of the Swiss Enterprise market (customer, companies, competitors, key players) with a strong network of personal contacts
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven successful sales record with a technical Telecom background (IP, Switching/Routing, Optical, etc.)
  • Aptitude, competence and credibility to lead and manage other senior personnel in a virtual team
  • Be able to competently and confidently discuss key business and technology factors and open to work in a multicultural environment
  • Must be assertive, professional and entrepreneurial
  • German native speaker, excellent oral and written skills in English, French is a big plus
