Zurich Based Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, an international finance company, is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager who will be in charge of supporting the Group CEO
Overall CEO office management responsibility and supervision of Administrative support staff
Manage the Group CEO’s agenda, follow up on correspondence and coordinate events
Organise and attend high level meetings and committees, follow up on related action steps.
Prepare and coordinate presentations, documents and reports.
Regular interactions with Senior Management based abroad.
Manage travel arrangements that are subject to frequent changes.
Control and follow up on expense claims and invoices.
Act as the central point of contact for other management officesbased abroad and respond to questions, requests or concerns.
Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within an international company.
Thrives in a highly demanding and fast paced environment, proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
Perfectly fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
Other languages are an asset.
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, flexibility, attention to details, autonomous, ability to take and make decisions, dynamism, proactivity, stress resistant as well as discretion and strong organisational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
