Our customer, a well-known Bank, is looking for an Executive Assistant who will be in charge of handling administrative tasks related to the department.
Organise Manager’s agenda and travel arrangements.
Organise and coordinate high level meetings and committees.
Prepare presentations, documents, statistics and reports for meetings.
Organise conferences and other special events.
Handle general correspondence.
Provide administrative assistance when required.
University degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a support position within a Bank in Switzerland is required. Experience in Asset Management: an asset.
English: perfectly fluent is required. French: fluent.
Strong IT skills is required.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, discretion, rigor, autonomy, dynamism, maturity, flexibility as well as team spirit are essential to succeed in this role.
