Our customer is looking for a Front Office Assistant who will be in charge of supporting several Relationship Managers in the daily management of their clients’ accounts.




Execute orderstransmitted by Relationship Managers and verify their execution.

Prepareaccount opening documents and ensure that internal and external compliance and legal issues are being observed.

Collaborate with the Account Opening team to ensure that any errors and omissions are dealt with in a timely fashion.


Organise travelsand meetings and keep diaries up to date.

Assure high quality support and service for clients.

Interact withsupport departments and confirm all relevant actions to the clients.



CFC in banking sector or relevant experience.

2 - 5 years of experience as a Front Office Assistant within a bank in Switzerland is required.


French and English: fluent. Spanish: an asset.

At ease with IT tools. Excellent command of Avaloq is required.


Available immediately.


Self-motivated, problem solving skills, initiative, organisation, excellent communication, proactivity and flexibility are essential to succeed in this role.
