Job Description Working with our Global BioPharma partner's Biologics Analytical Department , located in Switzerland 20 mins outside Lucerne. They are a Top 5 Pharma company developing innovative biopharmaceuticals with state of the art technology . We are offering an attractive position for an engineer/scientist with biochemistry or biotechnology background and protein analytics hands-on experience. The candidate will support biotechnology process development by release and stability testing of biopharmaceutical samples for clinical studies. The individual will also be a member of an international analytical development team. Main areas of responsibility include: Perform analytical testing according to GMP/GDP standards Writing analytical methods, SOPs, calibration procedures and other GMP documents. Perform equipment calibrations Organize and execute analytical method transfers among the clients global biotech organizations Qualifications Educational requirements: Lab Technician (Biochemistry/Chemistry) with 1 t  o 3+ years of relevant Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience. No MSc or PhD, MAXIMUM BSc Required experience and skills: Experience with biochemical analytical methods e.g. LC, CE and UV Working in cross functional/cross divisional teams. Essential to have German language skills to facilitate on-site communication. Preferred experience and skills: Protein biochemistry and/or biochemical analytical techniques, e.g., ELISA, PCR, LC-MS of proteins or with any biophysical methods would be a plus. Oral and written communication skills in English is a plus. Understanding of cell-culture-based bioprocessing.
