This role is working for ClinTec in partnership with its client who is a global health care leader with a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines, vaccines and consumer health products. Bioanalytical Scientist job description: Do you enjoy the solution of analytical problems and the optimization of methods? We offer a challenging job in a successful team in the bioassays field. We need your analytical expertise for the qualification of methods and for the release and stability measurement of our therapeutic antibodies. Our sponsor is focussing on biotechnologically produced active ingredients for clinical trials and are part of an exciting and challenging market. Your regular duties include: • Transfer of analytical methods and their optimization / troubleshooting: cell-based assays, ELISAs, HTRF and qPCR assays • Participation in international projects and exchange with our development department • Implementing and documenting release, Stability and reference tests for biotechnologically produced active ingredients according to GMP • Interpretation of analytical data and writing of the reports for submitting to authorities • Preparation of documents according to GMP standards: e.g. Analytical methods, SOPs, Change Controls • Execution and documentation of qualitative deviations: NOE, CAPA, Lab Investigations • Responsibility for the execution, maintenance of, calibration and qualification work of analyzers Your profile meets the following requirements: • Study of biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or equivalent with 2 years of professional experience in an analytical laboratory or doctoral degree in the field of immunology, cell biology or biochemistry.  A Masters or BSc Degree in these subjects would be adequate, a PhD possibly too senior. • You have experience in dealing with cell cultures (particularly CHO cells) • You are an expert in cell-based analysis (antibody detection of expressed proteins, phosphorylation) • You are familiar with the implementation of ELISA, HTRF, Biocore and qPCR techniques • You can bring a lot of experience in dealing with and in the analysis of antibodies and proteins • You have very good written and spoken German • You work in a structured and organised way • A high quality focus and you are already familiar with GMP principles • You enjoy continuous learning and independent development • You have a strong team-oriented and outgoing personality Working location is approx. 20 minutes outside Lucerne, easy public transportation available.
