Daily Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the desktop support of approximately 150 users based in the Zurich office.

You will be part of a team of six who are providing supporting the internal IT services for the EMEA & APAC regions.


  • English written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 8.1, 10
  • Strong knowledge of Office 2010
  • Outlook client support
  • Experience in Exchange Server Environments
  • Ability to support mobile devices in a MS messaging world
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills from the client perspective
  • Customer facing, friendly and accommodating
  • Strong team player
  • Initiative driven
  • Can work independently

Nice to have

  • German knowledge
  • Lync / Skype for Business client support
  • Mac knowledge & support experience
  • Working with Office 365 in a hybrid environment
  • Windows Server version 2008 R2 and greater
  • Microsoft Active Directory Services knowledge and understanding
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Exchange server version 2010 and greater
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SharePoint services
