Our client is a leading manufacturer of state of the art hearing aid devices

and implant systems. We are recruiting for the

Regulatory-Quality-Department the following position:

V Head of Regulatory-Clinical Affairs (m/f), Greater Zurich Area

Your Future

The successful candidate leads a team of 8 Regulatory Affairs Managers,

which is responsible to manage the country product registrations

worldwide, except North- and South America, as well as the general

product registrations according to the regulatory requirements for Active

Implantable Medical Devices Class III. The purpose of the job is: Support

the corporate VP of Regulatory-, Quality- and Clinical-Affairs with the

management of all the Regulatory and Clinical aspects of business as well

as the management of the team members to ensure that timelines and

budgets are met; Efficiently link the product development lifecycle from

R&T and R&D to Marketing and back by regulatory compliant product

and country submissions, clinical trials and quality assurance through

passing notified body audits.

Your Qualities

5+ years of European industry working experience in Clinical Trials, External

Audits and Project Management in Regulatory and Clinical affairs within

Class III Medical Device environment; Strong track record in external audits

and compliant managing of complex regulatory-clinical projects in

multiple countries and continents; Strong functional experience in

regulatory and clinical affairs with product submissions and country

registrations. Scientific background with strong analytical skills and

University Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or equivalent;

Outstanding intercultural and communication skills; Business fluent in

English and good communication level in German and French; Ability to

think out of the box and to work independently with his team in a dynamic

and competitive environment; Strategic competence, structured and

organized; Willingness to travel on a worldwide basis (30 - 50 %).
