Digital Sales/Telesales Specialist

As we continue our growth spurt, we’re looking for Media Sales Specialists who are confident and highly competitive go-getters who thrive on setting ambitious goals and achieving them. Enthusiasm, ambition and sense of urgency are key.


  • Actively acquire and close new deals with high-profile agencies and brands
  • Prospect for new accounts, self-source leads, cold call, and research to generate sales
  • Drive new revenue
  • Consistently attain and/or surpass sales targets and hitting revenue targets

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 3-5 years of online digital sales experience with a deep knowledge of digital media products and advertising
  • As a creative solution-oriented thinker, be incredibly sharp, highly motivated, and professionally mature
  • Possess strong working knowledge of the online advertising space
  • Proven experience as a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time
  • Strong experience owning the sales cycle from lead generation to close, creating and driving revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive market
  • Comfort to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Demonstrated success with self-sourcing leads, high volume cold-calling, being persuasive and repetitively overcoming objections to close business
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent English and German speaking
