We’re looking for multiple Zug-based digital media sales managers to continue the company's expansion within the contextual advertising business. We're looking for an individual who can and will make a difference in its young, multinational and dynamic team. Our smart-selling marketing platform which enables highly personalized and effective merchandise marketing for products and services to travelers offers an advanced technology & digital marketing solution for the global travel sector. These will be new positions for us in Zug, Switzerland as we look to grow our capabilities across Europe (UK, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden and more) and build a strong media sales team.

Daily duties:

  • Be responsible for acquisition of new clients and revenues
  • Work with prospects in order to create new business
  • Increase revenues in your client portfolio through high activity level, energy and professionalism
  • Ensure that you guide your client through the sales process in order to reach your KPIs
  • Work with campaign targets and help the client reach the KPIs
  • Be a good representative of the company in external meetings and fairs
  • Responsible for the implementation of the deal, from quotation to reporting
  • Guide and educate partners/clients in order to improve the relation
  • Keep a lookout for what’s happening in the dynamic market and react quickly to product/service trends

It is important that you:

  • Have experience in B2B-sales, e-commerce and digital marketing sales
  • Have knowledge about the digital marketing landscape and best practices
  • Have high grade of self-motivation to get the job done (correctly and efficiently)
  • Are able to also do business effectively on the phone
  • Have strong advertiser/brand relationships in at least one of our listed markets
  • Are a driven, resilient problem-solver who understands the importance of delivering high quality results
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to do business effectively on the phone
  • Enjoy working in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment (previous experience within a start-up is a big plus)
  • Enjoy being in the center, find accountability self-evident
  • Are fluent in English, plus one of the following: German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
  • Are able to understand and analyze online marketing metrics
  • Are prestigeles
  • Are an EU citizen or already have a work permit for Switzerland (Sorry we cannot accept other applicants at this time.)

It’s mandatory that you have experience and thorough knowledge in digital advertising and marketing. We believe that you in your role today work in an online media organization, media agency, digital consultancy firm, or similar to this.
