Continuous Airworthiness Coordinator


Position and Requirements
  • Ensuring the continuing airworthiness of airplanes managed by AMAC and the serviceability of all operational and emergency equipment
  • Ensuring establishment and development of the continuing airworthiness policy and the approved maintenance program as required by Part M.A.302
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of the Maintenance program as required by Part M.A.708(b)
  • Ensuring that AMAC’s technical records are kept as required by Part M.A.305
  • Ensuring the adequacy and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical follow up
  • Ensuring accomplishment of mandatory modification and repairs in accordance with approved standards and establishment of a policy for embodiment of non-mandatory modifications
  • Ensuring embodiment of Airworthiness Directives (AD) or any other airworthiness requirements made mandatory by EASA/FAA
  • SB assessment and liaison with customer for recommendation
  • Ensuring all defect rectification
  • The relationship with the approved Part 145 maintenance contractor(s) and establishment of a Maintenance Contract required by Part M.A.201(h)2
  • Ensuring the reporting of technical incidences and major discrepancies to FOCA and the aircraft manufacturers. Both Mandatory Occurrences and those related to maintenance findings, which fall outside the Mandatory scheme
  • Establishment and approval by the FOCA of the AMAC operator’s Technical Log required by M.A.306, including any subsequent amendment hereto
  • Review and implementation, as appropriate, of any additional FOCA national requirements
  • That the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft operated by the company remains valid in respect of the airworthiness of the aircraft, the expiry date specified on the Certificate and any other condition specified in the Certificate
  • Initiate the airworthiness review or perform the airworthiness review to issue an ARC or send the recommendation to the responsible register NAA
  • Requesting quotes, control/review of invoices
Qualifications / Experience
  • Several years experience in CAMO
  • EASA Part M trained
  • Experienced on Airbus A320 and Boeing
  • Coordinator should be in possession of an EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 License
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent team spirit
  • Knowledge of CAMP, FlightDocs and AMOS is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Able and willing to work week duty
