Thanks to focusing on minimally disruptive solutions and a continuous development of our product portfolio we are a specialist in the field of minimally invasive spine surgery in Switzerland. Our customers are Swiss hospitals and clinics, whom we deliver instruments, implants and biomaterials. They can count on individual consultancy, professional surgery support and a highly innovative product portfolio reaching from unique top technologies to cost efficient solutions.

Main tasks:

Sales Specialist:Development and implementation of sales related activities including: surgeons consultations, organization of road shows and participation in fairs and incongresses. Surgeon consultations, launch and promotion of new products

  • Organisation of surgical workshop in different surgeries
  • Trainer for surgeons, radiologists, nurses  and operating room staff
  • Planning and implementation of territory action plans
  • Co-Preparation of sales meeting and their objectives
  • Development of KOL’S Leading indicators

Surgery Support (OR Support) & Product Specialist:Acquisition of clinical competences to support the Spine Specialists, surgeons and care specialists before and during surgeries.

Marketing & Product Management:Development of  marketing activities (market research, conception of market launch for new products, mailings, website)

Your profile:

  • Degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Biology, etc.), Medical Engineering, Medicine, Economics etc., Medical Technical Assistant
  • Working experience in the field of spine or as a Product or Sales Specialist of a medical device
  • Affinity to the hospital environment and identification with medical devices
  • Pleasure of consulting and coaching, as well as high service orientation
  • High degree of independent, reliable and proactive way of working coupled with the willingness to continuous professional development
  • Organizational talent with good problem recognition and pragmatic problem solving abilities
  • Over-average commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Excellent language skills in English, good command in German or French &willingness to travel
