We are currently looking for a Sales Manager DACH for our Snacks & Confectionery business unit.


Sales Manager DACH will manage a direct team of 4 sales executives within DACH region and will be responsible for achieving budgeted targets, including profitable sales growth, increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving KPI performance of the sales team.


The key responsibilities of the Sales Manager will be:

  • Coaching and developing teams to achieve targets and grow the accounts they are responsible for
  • Setting goals with sales executives and tracking progress using the appropriate KPIs
  • Maintaining the relationships with the most strategic existing accounts
  • Developing a Global Key Accounts plan
  • Focusing on development of new accounts and areas to develop across the DACH region, supporting growth strategy in specific regions
  • Managing overall business portfolio to maximize revenues and profitability ; monitoring and reporting on critical KPIs
  • Setting up the strategy and marketing orientation for the business, on short and long term basis



We are looking for a strong sales Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in a sales position within a B2B/technical environment, and at least one solid experience of sales team management and coaching.


To support our growth in this area, we will need someone with:

  • Strong leadership and ability to drive sales teams; superior coaching capabilities
  • International experience and global cultural knowledge. Ability to work in different markets and in a matrix organization
  • Understanding of brand customers and what drive their development
  • English and German have to be fluent.
  • Business knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Customer and result-orientation
  • Confidence and assertiveness
  • Ability to get things done
  • Decision making skills, managerial courage
  • Ability to translate the strategy into actionable plans
  • Change management experience
  • Strong ability to monitor business analysis (data crunching, pricing, margin management, KPI…) with a use of various tools
  • Experience of Salesforce.com will be an asset.


This role will require a lot of traveling but the location of the position is open across DACH.
