General administrative support for the Trust Team. Responsible for the general document/file maintenance and upkeep. Assisting the Trust team with mandate specific transactions, resolutions and documentation for bankers, lawyers, accountant, agents and consultants reports and presentations.
Commercial or university degree with a previous experience as an administrative assistant and 2-5 years in a trust or financial company. Curious, pro-active and precise, you have excellent written skills in English. A varied job in a multicultural company. STEP qualified or in process of finalizing qualification.
