Change Management Lead

Is to be the Change Management Lead in the Strategy & Change Office within Medical Devices & Services (MD&S).
You will partner with a wide variety of global stakeholders in multiple functions to ensure the ongoing development and implementation of governance, policies and procedures that will guide and support our e-health, patient care and data insights businesses.
In this role, you will design and implement initiatives for improvement of hiring, onboarding and development of the MD&S team and drive initiatives to improve communication and living MD&S culture & values and provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
You will work to drive adoption, and proficiency with the changes that impact our teams and key stakeholders, provide input, document requirements and design and deliver training programs. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement by tracking, monitoring trends and performance KPIs and consistently evaluating alternatives to enhance existing practices and outcomes.
