Your role:

 

Is to be the Change Management Lead in the Strategy & Change Office within Medical Devices & Services (MD&S).

 

In this role, you will partner with a wide variety of global stakeholders in multiple functions to ensure the ongoing development and implementation of governance, policies and procedures that will guide and support our e-health, patient care and data insights businesses and the transformation of our organization from a cost center unit into a revenue generating business.

 

You work to drive adoption, and proficiency with the changes that impact our teams and key stakeholders. You will design and implement external and internal communication activities to support our transformation journey.

 

You will drive continuous improvement by tracking, monitoring trends and performance KPIs and consistently evaluate alternatives to enhance existing practices and outcomes. You will implement activities to improve onboarding and development of the MD&S team and support the living of MD&S culture & values

 

 

About You:

 

  • A person who is passionate about improving the lives of people living with chronic diseases
  • With demonstrated leadership and influencing skills at all management levels
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills and able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Entrepreneurial, outcome driven, creative and able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Experienced in writing governance, policies and procedures
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Experienced with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Able to work cross functionally and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experienced in designing and implementing change management programs and initiatives
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Masters’ degree or MBA (or equivalent) with experience in management consultancy a plus
