Internship on "Future Power Grids" Project

In our Power and Energy Systems group, we are running a project which addresses the question of how new technology, policy, and business models will shape the electric power sector in the future based on real historical data, modeling and numerical simulations. We use a set of traditional power system analysis tools to demonstrate the impact of different scenarios on grids and the value of different technologies which enhance the grid flexibility and facilitate a proliferation of variable RES. In the context of this analysis, we offer an internship position with a duration of 6 months as of January 2017.
