In this position you will report to the Regional Head of Marketing Switzerland & Central Eastern Europe.
Ihre AufgabenSupport CEESA Sales team around campaigns, mechanisms and licensesSupport Regional Head of Marketing on project baseAnalysing costumer insights, markets, licensing opportunities and competitionDevelopment of Marketing as well as Management of daily BusinessOverview over Portfolio, Licenses, Products, Needs, Movie ReleasesRules, Restrictions and Royalties of all Licenses Additional tasks regarding the support of the Regional Head of Marketing:Provide reports based on information collected (SPP Pitching List, Planet Retail, HUB). Make sure CEESA is up to datePrepare overviews and executive summary’s based on current SEC developments (product portfolio, licensor)Coordinate the CEESA Training Academy (Organization, Content, presentations, Speakers) Further tasks focus on leading insights & research:Coordinate and structure all researches and know-how sources (eg Planet Retail)Summarize and feed local sales with local knowledgeFirst point of contact for research questionsDefine research strategy and measures in CEESA with HoMSupport Sales / CM in finding solutions and assetsSupport PMs in dealing with licensor challengesSupport Sales / CM around digital assets – gametation
Ihr ProfilUniversity degree in Business Studies/Marketing or similar educationAt least 3 years background in marketing/researchStrong analytical and conceptual skillsWell-experienced with classical as well as digital campaigningFluent in EnglishExcellent communicatorWell organized with ability to multi taskSolution- and result (sales)-oriented thinkingProactive work ethic and hands-on mentalityHigh level of commitment/motivationAbility to work under pressure
