We are searching a proven, tactical and strategic Sales Leader to inspire a team of five to seven Account Executives who accountable for the Swiss SAP Hybris Territory. Responsibilities include supporting the hiring and enablement of these seasoned Account Executives, inspiring Senior Leaders to overachieve. Our goal is to build an organization of smart, ambitious, triple-A players, committed to our mission and focused on winning. 

Our dream candidate has a solid Enterprise Application sales and management history in one or more of the following areas: Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing and Billing enterprise solutions.



  • Establishing strong relations to C-Level Marketing, Commerce, Sales and Service Executives within Switzerland.
  • Lead by example and motivate the team of direct reports (individual contributors) by coaching, mentoring and inspiring great success.
  • Building and recruiting a best-in-class Sales Team, Performance Management, 1 to 1 training, and coaching of the SAP Hybris Sales Executives.
  • Champions the Franchise for Success sales methodology and drive Sales discipline 
  • Manages the sales pipeline in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of the individual and group contributions to the established goals.
  • Reporting on sales forecasts and activity to regional sales management. 
  • Participates in regular business review meetings
  • Works with marketing, business development and SAP field sales management to understand and implement growth initiatives for Switzerland



  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Software or Cloud Sales Management Experience combined with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 7 years of quota carrying Application sales and account management experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions in Marketing, Commerce, Sales or Service.
  • Proven track record of successful people management 
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C- level.
  • Strong customer references.
  • History of effective hiring and training of new Account Executives.
  • Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams
  • Fluent in English, German, French 


Master’s degree in related fields or equivalent by experience
