  • Extensive knowledge of market risk methodologies, stress testing, liquidity risk and operational risk for regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel III, CCAR FINMA)
  • 5+ years’ experience developing target operating models for Risk related business functions within a financial institution
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality results as a project management and/or business analyst
  • Recognized relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, risk certification)
  • Profound understanding on front to back systems, data, calculations and processes within an Investment Banking environment
  • Track record of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are expected
  • Proficiency in English required, German a strong plus
  • Design and implement target risk management framework for global financial institutions
  • Responsible for project management of all Risk Change activities including quantitative methodology, model development, implementation, acceptance by internal risk committees, independent validation, regulatory acceptance
  • Identify and document business requirements from key stakeholders across business units. Front office, Quantitative experts, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Regulatory Reporting.
