  • Sound knowledge of Process Excellence, Regulatory Change management, Project Management, Technology Strategy Management and Operational Risk Control experience
  • Subject Matter Expert on Finance and Treasury Risk change management topics
  • Strong quantitative, financial analysis & analytical skills with attention to details
  • Driven, dynamic, flexible, entrepreneurial, problem solver, self-confident and strong team leadership skills (including management of staff in different locations)
  • Ability to work under pressure on a wide range of topics across various functions and locations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop effective stakeholder relationships (as well as managing across multiple stakeholders and priorities)
  • Master Degree from Renown University (e.g. management, economics, finance, technology etc.)
  • 15 years’ job experience in an international firm
  • Native English with other languages a plus

The senior consultant will have dual responsibilities to support the strategy and set-up of a Swiss based Health Technology Consulting department in addition to working in the Financial Services Consulting Sector, which Trestle is already leading. The candidate must possess a unique combination of discipline from a scientific university while being an innovator who will develop effective stakeholder relationships to execute a new strategic vision and architecture for Trestle in this Health Technology sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing the Target Operating Model including roles & responsibilities, processes, capabilities and systems while focusing on solutions that meet relevant regulatory requirements.
