Manager Learning and Development - Europe

Your Role:
 - Establish and refine Learning and Development (L&D) strategy for the region of Europe
- Introduce the regional Center of Expertise and advise Cluster Leads throughout Europe
- Establish a regional learning organization that becomes a benchmark in creating and delivering high impact learning solutions, and thereby significantly contributes to organisation's success by being instrumental in helping people and organizations in living company values
- Contribute to international projects for the purpose of creating global product portfolios
- Evolve L&D services relating to management development by identifying customer requirements
- Advise management teams on strategy development, change/conflict management, etc.
- Ensure best-in-class learning solutions based on local, regional and global business needs

Your Profile:
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Organization Development or similar
- Several years of experience in leading Learning & Development teams and remote leadership
- Experience in designing and delivering state-of-the-art learning solutions
- Familiar with the latest solutions in learning technology and how to integrate them into an overall learning architecture
- Experience in running a profit center, entrepreneurial mindset and passionate innovator
- Excellent interaction and collaboration skills with a very high level of personal integrity, energy and personal leadership
- At least eight years’ experience in advising management teams and organizations on L&D, ideally gained in both an international consultancy and an industrial company
- Proficiency in handling international projects and experience as a consultant/inhouse consultant
- Proven track record in performance consulting or systemic process management
- Advanced qualifications in systemic organizational consulting
- Fluent command of English, preferably supplemented by German and / or another European language
