Global Mobility Expert (w/m)

The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for continuous review and assessment of effectiveness of GM policies and processes to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of company. Flawless execution of cross-border moves ensuring ongoing compliance with tax, social security, legal and employment framework and in line with Company policy.

Key tasks:
⦁    Package and documentation development for cross border moves (new assignments, extension, repatrations, local to local moves, graduate programme) including exception management
⦁    Ongoing assignment management
⦁    Ongoing vendor management
⦁    Projects, process and policy improvement
⦁    Annual Tax Compliance Management
⦁    Annual salary review and bonus management
⦁    Education for HR colleagues and Managers

Qualifications required:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience (type) 2-3 years mobility experience including preparation of compliance framework and full move costing (gross to net, net to gross); day to day management of mobility vendors (tax and immigration advisors, relocation providers); day to day assignment management (employee relations; exception management. Experience in an international/ multi-cultural environment. Project Management skills and MS office skills;​

Ability to interact & communicate on senior level
 Knowledge or specific business understanding: Understanding of tax,social security and immigration frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization; Strong analytical skills and highly numerate. Customer oriented and driven. Ability to work well independently in addition to being a strong team player.
