Manager Global Brand Development

In this interesting position, you support the brand marketing activity to ensure that the 360 action plans follows an efficient business model. You interact closely with the Regions, to be constantly abreast of their needs, to share best practices and inspire the Global Marketing Development team. This collaboration ensures that the overall promotional activity strengthens the marketing plan.


·         Business model: a key strategic aspect, as the brand needs to redefine its existing business model, such as the ideal pace for launches, what are the key levers that the brand needs to focus on (or not ) and how should the markets split their investment to support the brand

·         Product development / expert categories – transversal products: a critical need for the brand to strengthen our product portfolio in expert propositions in all our key channels ( Department stores, perfumeries, digital )and enhance the brand image and luxury of service to our consumers ( e.g. masks…)

·         He/ She interacts closely with the Regions to be constantly abreast of their needs and to share best practices that can cross-fertilize from 1 region to the other.

·         Close collaboration with the Marketing Development team to make sure that all the 360 plans are focused, and that the markets have all the key levers we want them to support.

·         Full responsibility of the promotional / sampling strategy of the brand, in line with brand image and growth objectives

·         Development new products from concept to actual launch in the markets, so identify the strategic gaps for the brand in its current offer and proactively looks for new trends, new skincare concerns.

·         Helps to define an entire strategy on SPAs

Qualification Requirements:

·         Min of 7 years working experience in a similar function in the luxury skin care industry and holder of a relevant university degree

·         Has a good understanding of the different types of retail internationally : Department Stores (for Asia and US) and European Perfumeries

·         Great organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional collaboration

·         Proficient English skills, every other language is an asset

·         Creative, innovative person with a good sense of business and an entrepreneurial spirit

·         Well structured, good analytical skills and well experienced in project management
