What you can expect from us.

  • You will be working in a dynamic, multilingual, and young team split over various locations in Switzerland.
  • You will gain excellent knowledge of Swiss Foreigners Law and of handling Swiss immigration files.
  • You will have direct contact with our clients, which mainly include international companies' human resource departments, global mobility teams, our internal HR department and employees of companies who require a work permit for themselves and their families.
  • You will be working together with other team members & other immigration teams in our network and you will manage your own files autonomously.
  • You will be able to use your communication and writing skills in client calls and emails, in drafting application letters and managing the relationship between clients and the Swiss immigration authorities in the German or French speaking area.
  • You will be able to make good use of your organisational skills by handling many administrative tasks, such as e-filing, printing, scanning of documents, preparing invoices, updating various databases, etc.
What we expect from you.

  • You are a native German or French speaker who is fluent in English. A good knowledge of German for the French natives or a good knowledge of French for the German natives is a clear plus.
  • You have a commercial diploma (CFC), a bachelor degree in languages, in communication or equivalent.
  • You have an experience in a BIG4 or in an international fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have some professional experience in immigration.
  • You have a perfect command of MS Office and very good IT skills.
  • You enjoy team work in an international environment and you are also able to work independently.
  • You are pragmatic, communicative, multitasking and client-oriented and you are able to cope with stressful work situations.
