Recruitment Specialist (student, 50%, duration of 6 months)
What you can expect from us.

  • You contribute to the successful hiring of the right people for our PwC Experience Center by supporting the Human Capital Generalist in Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding Activities.
  • You take care of active candidate sourcing (cold calls) using social media (e.g.LinkedIn).
  • You conduct selection activities such as screening of candidates via phone and/or Skype using a predefined screening method.
  • You take care of recruitment administration activities without close supervision (for example processing of incoming applications, communication/coordination with hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agencies, coordination of interview appointments) .
  • You Support in employer branding activities such as development of employer branding material (brochures, career page on LinkedIn, etc).
  • You Support in other HR administrative tasks as required.
What we expect from you.

  • You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration with knowledge and interest in Human Resources Management.
  • You have first work experience in Human Resources (preferable in recruitment) or in sales is a strong advantage.
  • You are an outgoing and communicative person being comfortable doing cold calls
  • You are able to work independently but with a collaborative working style.
  • You are comfortable to work in an unstructured working environment but with the drive and interest in contributing to establish structures.
