What you can expect from us.

  • You will help clients answer questions in all the areas of the business from strategy to operations and to support functions using the latest visualization tools, statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
  • You will be involved in external and internal projects for clients in various industries (e.g. FMCG, Industrial, Pharma/Life Sciences, Financial Services and Public Sector), and work with clients using specific evaluations (e.g. customer analytics, compliance analytics, strategic modelling, data quality)
  • You will extract, transform and process relevant data, ensure its quality and develop analyses and models using predictive analytics techniques.
  • You will work closely with colleagues from a number of different departments to develop tailored analyses, discuss these measures with the client.
  • You will support the team in internal development of processes and innovative technical tools and will actively contribute to the design and expansion of services.
  • You will continue to develop your technical expertise and soft skills through training both on and off the job.
  • You will work in a diverse team as part of an international network and receive regular feedback from colleagues and superiors.
What we expect from you.

  • You have a degree in communication systems, computer science, business information systems, natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry), statistics or data science from a Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (i.e. EPFL, ETHZ) or a University.
  • You have experience in Data Transformation, ETL, bringing data together from various sources, and combining it to a layer on which you can develop use cases.
  • You have experience working with modelling software, machine learning and statistical sampling and you would like to deepen your knowledge and learn new technologies.
  • You have a flair for analyzing figures and data structures along with technical mapping, and you already have programming experience or database experience (SQL, R, SAS, Python, Matlab, Qlik, Tableau ...). SAP could be an asset.
  • You have a keen interest on business processes and are willing to increase your «real world» acumen and understanding of the industry's current issues and challenges.
  • You are team-oriented, have a willingness to build on your current knowledge, you can think analytically and take a long-term approach, and you work in a client-focused manner.
  • You speak fluent French and English. German could be an asset.
