For our client, leading industry worldwide well known, we are looking for a:

JUNIOR SALES MANAGER NORTH AMERICA

The successful candidate will play a key role, contributing to the overall strategy within functional area of expertise. He/she will report to the National Sales Manager USA and will be responsible for the identification of new customers and serving of both existing and new customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for discovery of sales opportunities in USA and Canada
  • Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, solving issues that affect the next twelve months and beyond.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the region in accordance with the company strategy and in collaboration with the National Sales Manager USA.
  • Prepare action plans for each customer based on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the territory.
  • Establish and attain sales goals for USA and Canada territories. Identify opportunities to improve existing business and new business development.
  • Is focused in the research of new clients in the United States and Canada.
  • Support general marketing activities and share industry information and customer feedback.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; CTF; Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferably between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience. International business experience will be considered a plus.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills and ability to implement initiatives within the team and company as well as customers.
  • Self-driven; committed; results oriented; hands on approach; can work independently: motivated with the desire to progress internally.
  • Willing to relocate to USA
