CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

lastminute.com groupis looking for a Customer Care Specialist, Norwegian and Swedish language, for its Chiasso offices.



The customer care specialist will have daily contact with the customer, providing quality telephone and email assistance, assuring client satisfaction and loyalty. He/she will build and maintain relationships with our clients in order to promote our products and services. He/she will be available to assist customers with their enquiries, take bookings for our travel products on their behalf and provide quality post-sale assistance.



Required skills/qualifications:
- Fluent Norwegian, Swedish and English, oral and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork attitude
- Flexibility & Problem solving
- Attention to detail, reliable and trustworthy
- Customer focused
- Available to work full time on shifts from Monday to Sunday (8 am-8 pm)
