As a Product Owner you will be responsible for prioritization, implementation, analysis and return on investment of customer-facing web projects, with an intense focus on driving conversion and customer loyalty and a strong commercial focus. You will work with business stakeholders and developers to constantly improve our commercial impact.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ownership, prioritization and briefing for projects, aligning business stakeholders with IT development team
Research and specify website features and enhancements to existing features
Liaise with designers, developers and other product owners to achieve the optimal implementation of changes to the site and monitor, conduct analysis and evaluate the impact of experiments using a combination of web analytics, user analysis, user surveys and internal tools.- Document the details and impact of experiments and new features.
Requested skills and attitudes:
Minimum 3 years experience working with large, high-traffic e-commerce websites (preferably travel industry with multilingual sites) in a similar role
Strong commercial focus and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
Pragmatic and results-focused; driven to manage projects full cycle; problem solving attitude
Excellent communications skills
Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MySQL
Experience with Web Analytics software such as Google Analytics
Experience with the SCRUM methodology will be considered a plus
