• Brand Ambassador for Sandoz on customer and opinion leader level
• To meet or exceed sales targets (including market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales
• To ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship
• To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets with customer
• To organize customer events (round tables) and to participate in local or national Congresses
• To ensure outstanding personal knowledge in the area of Sandoz priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programmes
• To implement with excellence the sales and marketing campaigns adhering to the relevant Codes of Practice/regulations
• To analyse own territory and design successful action plans
Minimum requirements • Ideally posses a Medical or paramedical qualification with profound sales and commercial skills
• Sales experience of several years in the health care business (preferably in the generics market)
• Fluent German, English and French are considered assets
• Leadership-skills, social competency
