Visual Merchandising Manager (HUB DACH), (f/m) / 100%

Your primary responsibilityis it to deliver the company VM Strategy across all Stores/ Outlets within the DACH region and to create visual Layouts that stimulate the Customer and drive commercial success.

Your roles & responsibilities:

-        Ensure and drive regional VM concept execution processes to maximize store sell-out, enhance brand equity within the region

-        Identify local VM requirements and execute specific VM training modules within the region

-        Develop local hands-on field team to further enhance commercial shopping experience in the region to maintain visual standards and implementation

-        Upgrade the market VM execution in both retail and wholesale in order to deliver on the Retail Marketing & Brand strategies

-        Improve Triumph brand perception and consumer shopping experience across all Visual Merchandising key touch points in store

-        Maintain an inspiring, motivating, goal driven attitude that promotes our values of honesty and trust in line with the corporate shared values

-        Ensure all centrally provided directives and guidelines are executed in the HUB to ensure Global Brand ID values, standards &  targets within the markets are set

-        Collaborating with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to meet the set KPI’s

-        Partner with the wholesale sales team to create visual strategies for key accounts based upon actual assortment plans

-        Deliver weekly reports on market VM executions

-        Lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team within the region and drive the local training process to ensure best in class Visual Merchandising

-        Establish a collaborative leadership style which applies the corporate values of trust, integrity and honesty to influence target result driven ways of working within the VM Team

Your ideal profile:

-        Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role with focus on Visual Merchandising experience in a global organization preferred in a Fashion Brand or Lingerie business

-        2+ years experience in execution as well as structural VM development

-        High affinity to the last trends of fashion and communication

-        Clear understanding of visual merchandising techniques, creative process and  retail environments is needed

-        Ability to build collaborative relationships with all possible central departments, regional organization

-        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, work cross-functionally, fast learning capabilities

-        Competent in all general Microsoft programs. Further design programs are an asset

-        Fluent English & German spoken and written, every other language is a great asset

-        Flexible in working hours and must be willing to travel frequently
