Head of Business Relationship Management (f/m) – 100%

 

The Head of Business Relationship Management leads and manages the department of Business Relationship Management and acts as a strategic link between the Business Units and IT concerning Triumph’s IT related challenges.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic link between IT and the relevant business stakeholders concerning all IT related challenges and ensure the value of the Business Units is understood
  • Understand business and process needs and be able to transform them into business requirements and solution proposals
  • Find suitable IT solutions for business or process challenges working closely with Solution Design & Build and further departments of the IT organization (Planning, Budgeting & Sourcing, Service Operations) ensuring an integrated view on the Triumph Enterprise Architecture
  • Assist in prioritizing requirements, initiatives and projects across countries, regions, functions and processes
  • Support Planning, Budgeting & Sourcing department
  • Full Service Level Agreement lifecycle management and continuous fulfillment monitoring
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and knowledge of risks, opportunities and services available

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Master degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Over 10 years of experience in retail, wholesale, supply chain, IT and managing relationships with internal business customers with over 5 years of experience in leading teams
  • Strong commercial/business acumen (understand key levers and end-to-end process dynamics in complex companies)
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular expert/laity communication
  • Ability to effectively present to superiors and peers
  • Strong business sense, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results oriented with intercultural mindset
  • Ability for project-related and global travel
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, further languages desirable
