For our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated


Assistant Supply Chain (f/m) – 50%


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the agenda management of Supply Chain Headquarter managers
  • Plan and organize travel as well as visa requests
  • Cost control and manage expenses reporting of all travellers within the Supply Chain organization
  • Control and manage travel and absence requests for managers and their direct reports
  • Organize workshops and meetings for key managers
  • Manage the presentations for various team meetings
  • Record minutes during meetings, collect and follow up on action items when necessary
  • Ensure timely and effective communication within the Supply Chain organization and inter-departmentally
  • Support with ad hoc reporting, presentations and analysis


Your ideal profile:

  • Three or more years of previous experience as an Assistant or similar role in a multi-national company – or – experience as a customer service representative in the hotel industry
  • Strong agenda management skills
  • Experience in controlling expenses
  • Very strong organizational skills and eye for detail
  • Flexible working style and capable to multi-task
  • Welcoming personality with ability to quickly form connections with people
  • Service minded with the ability to perform duties in a friendly manner
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience with Lotus Notes a plus
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (further languages desirable)
