For the Shared Service Center (SSC) Department at the worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) we are searching for a highly motivated and action-oriented:

Global Financial Reporting Expert, RtR (Global Process Expert, RtR) - f/m - 100%

The role is required to directly support an essential part of the group’s global corporate strategy 2015 - 2020. The incumbent will lead, shape and deliver against the following strategic objectives of the business transformation work stream “optimize back office functions”: de-complexification, standardization, identification and retention of value adding back office parts, establishment of cost leadership for all non-strategic back office parts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-        Supporting the overall objective of decentralizing, decomplexifying and standardizing global processes which are specific to the RtR process tower

-        Assisting in creating, rolling out and enforcing global RtR policies which are performed by local entities

-        Monitoring workflow tasks between the external outsourcing business partner and Triumph internally

-        Assisting in the preparation of the quarterly/annual consolidated IFRS financial statements (including monitoring the consolidation activities of Triumph business partners)

-        Regular contact with external service providers (supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, performance monitoring of service levels, problem resolution)

-        Ad hoc contact with Business Unit leaders (service center performance, problem resolution, new business solutions) and periodic contact with Holding department heads

Your ideal profile:

-        Degree holder in accounting/finance disciplines with professional qualifications, preferably CPA (or equivalent)

-        A minimum of four years’ work experience in an international and multi-cultural environment

-        IFRS consolidation knowledge and experience in similar position

-        Knowledge of the relevant process landscape: Record to Report

-        Solid commercial/business acumen (understand key levers and end-to-end process dynamics in complex companies)

-        Ability to set priorities, to work under pressure and to cope with ad-hoc requirements

-        Excellent MS Office skills and prior exposure to a SAP environment (SEM BCS, BW and R/3 FI)

-        Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (corporate language), further languages desirable
