For our Global Brand department in our headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated

Senior Buying Merchandising Manager (f/m) – 100%

As a Senior Brand Merchandising Manager you will develop and implement the Product Strategy for Triumph Brand and sub-labels across Europe. The role is to ensure Triumph brand is positioned as a pioneer within product innovation and that across Europe there is an aligned approach on how the brand is developed and executed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-        Implement and drive the Triumph European Strategic Product Planning and Process which continuously provide opportunities and sources of growth, and deliver against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets

-        Deliver a world class Brand Merchandising Organization Team structure which effectively stimulates the wider organization to follow a Brand Led Culture and consistently focuses upon clear Roles and Responsibilities, aligning all Areas of the Triumph Value Chain

-        Ensure that the brand strategy and guiding principles of the Triumph Brand deliver one Global Brand proposition across Europe executed across product, innovation concepts and pricing strategies but also in the business unit’s culture

-        Deliver the Segment Architecture: Category Range and Assortment Plans and Merchandising Flow, strongly influencing the related Financial Planning through KPIs: set the targets and ensure the outcomes (i.e. Volumes, Revenues, Average Selling Price, Gross Margin, etc.)

-        Deliver the price and distribution strategies in line with the target set by the Head of Brand Management

-        Deliver clear product & innovation concepts, which provide incremental growth opportunities and consistently set the benchmark for the industry

-        Own and set the skills benchmark for the Brand Merchandising Team through/across functional competencies, driving the standards for a best-in-class team structure

-        Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust

Your ideal profile:

-        Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role and 2 years of Senior Strategic Merchandising Management in Brand Led Organizations

-        Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus (Clothing, Fashion and Apparel companies with international breadth)

-        European experience necessary, (Asia/Japan experience is a plus)

-        Team leader experience (ability to lead complex and multi-functional teams)

-        Strong people development & communication skills

-        Excellent drive, judgment and creative insights

-        Proactive, practical and hands-on approach

-        Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, other language are a plus

-        Flexible in working hours and must be willing to travel frequently
