For our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated

 

Global Direct Tax Manager (f/m) / 100%

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

-        Monitor and identify pro-actively potential tax issues and tax planning opportunities for Triumph's businesses with primary focus on Corporate Income Tax matters

-        Identify and analyze impact of new income tax law developments for Triumph group 

-        Coordinate and monitor that subsidiaries are in compliance in respect tax filings and payments of taxes due, including assisting in defining and implementing compliance processes, tools and controls

-        Advise on Corporate Income Tax matters on a regular basis in respect of ongoing projects

-        Contribute to the coordination of proper cost allocation throughout the Group

-        Coordinate and supervise income tax audits of the Group

-        Support group Transfer Pricing Manager to review, revise and set up inter-company transactions and maintain/update inter-company agreements.

-        Enhance tax accounting and tax analysis processes (IAS 12) and assist in preparing tax estimates and statutory tax provision calculations

-        Closely collaborate with cross functional, regional and local stakeholders, from an income tax standpoint, to provide ongoing support to subsidiaries

-        Contribute to ongoing tax matters and tax projects (including project management)

-        Provide support to Global Head of Tax to manage components of Group’s tax provision and cash tax outflow forecasts

-        Work with Group’s tax, finance, accounting and treasury staff to understand transactions and data that flow into or otherwise impact on tax provision and tax returns

-        Implement process improvements to enhance the group’s accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness in tax accounting

 

Your ideal profile:

-        Degree in (international) tax law, or Certified tax expert (CTA or equivalent), degree in Finance/Economics with a strong knowledge in Corporate tax

-        Strong experience (5-9 years) in a fiscal position with one of the major tax consultancy firms (preferable Big 4, TESCM, GEMS or equivalent) and/or within a fiscal department of a multinational company

-        Excellent knowledge of International corporate taxation, preferably experienced in tax matters related to efficient and effective tax structuring

-        General understanding of transfer pricing and indirect tax matters

-        Hands-on and solution-oriented (can do attitude), as well as pragmatic and discreet

-        Mental flexibility with the willingness to embrace constant changes

-        Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage

-        Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, further European languages desirable
