For our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated

Visual Merchandising Specialist (f/m) – 100%
(Region Switzerland & Southwestern Germany)

The purpose of the VM Specialist is to support the development and implementation of centralized processes, VM-operations and training modules for Product presentation and Retail Marketing activities which drive sustainable Business Model goals in line with the Brand Strategy to upgrade the brand perception and the consumer’s shopping experience.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of central seasonal VM trainings or creative VM Workshops
  • Ensuring and driving regional visual merchandising concept and execution processes and enhancing brand equity within the region & local markets
  • Identifying local VM requirements, developing and executing specific VM training module upgrades
  • Developing local hands-on Country VM team skills to further enhance commercial shopping experience throughout the region
  • Debriefing internal Store Development Team Partners on new store layout feedback
  • Working closely with Store Design and Retail Marketing in order to achieve high VM standards at the POS
  • Ensuring optimal product assortment visibility and commercial density display at retail
  • Supporting countries with store layout and zoning directives
  • Being the point of contact to countries by building relationships with country retail organizations
  • Identifying opportunities and coordinating specialized visual direction that drives sales and increases footfall


Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on Visual Merchandising & training experience with 1 year experience in execution as well as structural VM development
  • Demonstrated experience with VM training at store & central level
  • Capable to work cross-functionally and result & solution driven individual
  • Enthusiastic, structured, priority focus and organized, pro-active attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible in working hours and must be willing to travel frequently
  • Competent in all general Microsoft Office programs, other design programs are an asset
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, other languages are a plus
