For our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated

Compensation and Benefits Manager (Global scope) (f/m) – 100%

Roles & Responsibilities:

-        Design review and assess Triumph C&B policies and practices to current market practices

-        Monitor and maintain a global C&B structure, guidelines and associated processes to meet business needs and promote organizational capability

-        Manage annual remuneration and salary review process including bonus planning in alignment and collaboration with Global Business Partners and business leaders

-        Develop and deliver Reward, Recognition and Retention programs, including development of base pay structures and international benchmarking within a job family structure

-        Develop benefit programs, short and long-term incentive plans and recognition programs

-        Support expatriate mobility through salary & benefits package proposals, associated issues and benchmarking, and partnering with the HR Service Centre on these topics

-        Establish Reward Data benchmarking and undertake analysis of data and trends

-        Assist in the development and coordination of new benefit propositions for the company including working with and negotiating with suppliers to ensure propositions are appropriate, cost effective and delivered on time and to budget

-        Work with Global Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are understood and that any initiatives or programs are fit for purpose

Your ideal profile:

-        A minimum of 8 years’ experience working in in reward/benefits, finance, analytical or associated roles in a large, complex and global organization (corporate or consultancy)

-        Experience of working in a matrix organization is an advantage

-        Strong analysing, summarizing and conflict management skills

-        Attention to detail, strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi task

-        Assertive decision-making and proactive problem-solving

-        Ability to influence and build relationships across wide range of cultures

-        Ability to negotiate with and manage suppliers, including risk providers

-        High level of flexibility and mobility, adaptable to change

-        Resilience, ability to work under pressure and can do attitude

-        Proficient in the use of MS Office, excellent Excel knowledge

-        Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, other language are a plus
