Manager PMO (f/m) – 100%



The purpose of our Project Management Office is twofold: to manage Triumph’s investment in the business transformation program in order to achieve delivery of strategic objectives; and to provide a full PMO service-offering across the company’s project portfolio to help govern and support its delivery.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the delivery of multiple, cross-functional projects across the global Triumph Group to agreed goals, timelines, scope and budgets
  • Support project leads in setting-up project/business plans, providing both a standard methodology and working tools
  • Directly perform modelling and analytical activities (Excel) to estimate expectations in terms of financial and business impacts of ongoing projects
  • Work in connection with the Financial Office and Business Controllers to track actual delivery of each initiative
  • Facilitate communication towards board members and top managers, supporting project leads in documents redaction (PowerPoint)
  • Grant a timely delivery of monthly project status overview reports, organize and hold transformation workshops and update calls
  • Grant the overall perspective on the transformation effort while contributing to the actual delivery of projects (prioritization, scoping, interdependencies)
  • Act an integrator and change agent, develop strong relationships within key stakeholders, the Global Management Board and transformation lead


Your ideal profile:

  • Strong background in engineering / economics studies is preferred
  • Experience as an strategy consultant by managing a large of transformational projects
  • Direct experience in drawing/preparing communication for high level stakeholders (e.g. staff of CEO office)
  • International exposure gained through education or work in a foreign country
  • A mental flexibility with the willingness to embrace constant changes
  • Curious, fast-learner, welcoming towards change, flexible and pragmatic
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as our corporate language (further Europeanlanguages desirable)
