Senior Digital/CRM Marketing Manager Europe (f/m) – 100%


The Senior Digital Marketing Manager Europe is a strategist and must collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines as well as a variety of outside business support relationship. This individual needs to have an outstanding sense for consumer insights, behaviours in digital marketing as well as an advanced degree of analytical skills in order to drive the efficiency of digital marketing investment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head of Digital Marketing in designing, developing and executing Triumph European Strategic Digital Marketing plan and process
  • Developing and driving the digital marketing positioning and values across the region
  • Being a brand ambassador for the European digital brand team and displaying consumer centric behaviour across digital marketing
  • Daily/weekly/monthly managing internal and external agencies in development of the regional digital marketing campaigns
  • Briefing and guiding country marketing teams in local execution across Europe
  • Developing and implementing an operating system framework to ensure that the Digital Marketing strategy and guiding principles of the Triumph Business Unit are embedded and aligned across Europe countries
  • Measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns and platforms, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
  • Identifying trends and insights and optimizing performance based on insights
  • Establishing a collaborative, inspiring and energetic management style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust
  • Developing and managing all relationships with internal and external stakeholders for own websites and CRM integrations


Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge, passion and cross functional expertise in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with strategies & concept development, digital marketing planning, digital marketing framework development, SEO and related planning, link building and respective KPIs setting and tracking ROIs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus
  • Proactive, passionate, hands-on approach and attention to details
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
