For our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated and experienced:

Assistant (f/m) – 100%

Roles & Responsibilities:

-        Providing secretarial and administrative support

-        Managing the calendar

-        Organizing meetings (e.g. setup of agenda's, objectives, expected outcome)

-        Setting up meeting and travel logistics

-        Managing travel expenses for the line manager

-        Checking expenses of line manager's direct reports

-        Managing absent requests (e.g. travel, holidays)

-        Supporting with PowerPoint presentations and meeting minutes

-        Managing office and related correspondence

-        Acting as the primary contact for all internal and external partners of the line manager

-        Implementing secretarial standards, policies and practices for the organization

-        Communicates directives and information from the Corporate CFO to executives, managers and others in the organization and follows up on the status of assignments

-        Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses

Your ideal profile:

-        Suitable apprenticeship or equivalent

-        Experienced as an Assistant

-        4-6 years of secretarial experience

-        Ability to:

o    work under pressure

o    manage internal and external business relationships in a focused and diplomatic manner

o    work proactively, independently and without guidance

-        High quality focus and attention to detail

-        Confidentiality, flexibility and integrity

-        Strong organizational and intercultural skills

-        Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German language desirable

-        Excellent MS Office skills
