The job as Laboratory Technician is a great opportunity to develop your professional career in a GMP controlled environment of a multinational Company with strong processes and an incredible internal network of professionals.
You will be the main point of contact for the Quality Control in your shift, assuring the quality of the film produced and providing support to the production when required, guiding with experience the resolution of possible failures with impact on the quality of the film.
You will be testing raw materials and final product as per plan/procedures and documenting the results as per internal Quality System & assure the compliance of the batch release process by checking the parameters and any additional control required.
Proactively using Lean tools and philosophy to improve your daily work, you will participate to the internal meetings and improvement activities, as well as contributing to the validation activities required for raw materials, films and instruments.
This position requires work in shifts, including Sundays & weekends.
Who you are
- Flexible and open minded, able to work in a face paced environment
- Fit to work in shifts
- Technical background in Plastics or Chemistry or equivalent
- Fluent in Italianand English
- Previous experience 2-5 years in a similar role & plastic or pharma industry knowledge is a plus
