Senior Business Analyst
Mission :

Within the support team with project management made up of 10 people, you will manage the projects, the coordination of different teams and you will take the following tasks:

· Collect, analyze, filter and contractualize the formulation of a need from applicants
· Write the specifications of projects and customer requests when necessary
· Consolidate quantifications of development teams, integration, operation, and studies
· Write functional specifications of applications for developments and projects
· Validate the technical solutions proposed by the MOE to meet the need
· Follow the progress of achievements with development teams, integration and operation; Refer immediately any obstacle to this progress
· Support the review of technically qualifying security compliance delivered development, consistent with the risk analysis
· Prioritize patches to handle the more sensitive by the MOE
· Assist development, commercial and operating teams in the understanding of the functioning of our applications
· If asked explicitly, perform a technological and functional watch to improve the tools of the service which has the responsibility

· 50% Project Management
· 50% functional support

Training & Skills required:

Skills and knowledge :
  · Engineering training or master of science or finance
  · Knowledge about the stock market and its various products would be an asset
  · Basic knowledge of the tools and technologies of its field
  · Project Management Methodology
  · Know how to write functional specifications for a developer
