Your Qualifications:

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

Provide first and second level support for customer’s managed network infrastructure and for the client shared network infrastructure.
 Provide first and second level support for customer’s managed Cisco IP telephony services
 Contact and interact with customers’ network and security personnel
 Participate in the customer’s meetings and presentations
 Contact and interact with external vendors, maintenance and service providers
 Install and replace network equipment. Verify physical connections
 Monitor, review and plan upgrade of network equipment and operating systems, network application software versions
 Participate in the client network team meetings and presentations
 Prepare new, review and update technical documentations
 Maintain the network configuration templates
 Provide assistance and training to end-user
 Provide assistance to customers and other client staff on network and IP telephony related tasks
 Additional changes and configuration based on customer requests and signed proposals
 Standby support (outside work hours) when required

FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 Expert knowledge and skills to configure Cisco Catalyst switches (6500, VSS, 4500, 3750)
 Experience and skills to configure Cisco Nexus switches (5000 series)
 Experience and skills to configure Cisco ASA Firewall and VPN settings
 Experience and skills to configure Cisco ASR and ISR routers, VPN and DMVPN, secure
 IPSEC and/or GRE Tunnels Experience with Cisco WLC Wireless controllers or equivalent Wi-Fi equipment Basic skills to administer Cisco Call Managers versions 10.x
 Desirable experience with Checkpoint Firewalls
Desirable experience with F5 load balancers
 Sound knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and protocols

EXPERIENCE:

 Five or more years hands-on experience managing and configuring Cisco networking and security devices 2. Three years or more of experience working in a 7/24 Data Centre environment.
 Desirable experience with Cisco IP telephony

DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS:

 CCNA, CCNP or CCIE

Employment Contract

This is for a regular/permanent full-time position, based in Geneva, which is subject to a three month probation period.

LANGUAGE:

 Excellent English
 French (verbal) – desirable
