For our EMEA Headquarter in Zuchwil (CH), we are looking for a highly committed

Junior Demand Planner

As part of the Supply Chain Planning Department you support the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and act as interface between Marketing & Sales and the Supply Network Planning Team for the oUS markets (EMEA, ASPAC, LAT). The specific tasks of the department are:
  • Collect country launch and event forecasts
  • Analyze forecast changes and participate in demand review and handover processes
  • Consolidate global forecast data for submission to production plants 
  • Assist to implement S&OP policies, standards and guidelines
  • Implement solution to ensure alignment with marketing & sales in development of the consensus forecast
  • Support supply constraints and peak demands like new product launches and tenders
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics according to scorecard
  • Continuous improvements of processes in order to increase the performance towards our end customers

  • Good planning skills and a structured and independent way of working
  • Higher education or equivalent further education (example APICS certification)
  • At least 2 years professional work experience in supply chain area
  • Strong team-player with cross-departmental-thinking
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP) and information technology, strong skills with Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent in English (spoken and written), German a benefit
