To support our Swiss Campus HR Organization based in either Zug or Zuchwil we are looking for a highly motivated Payroll System Specialist
Overall responsibilities
  • Provides guidance and governance to management of Payroll systems in terms of technical, process and compliance aspects
  • Leads the overall Payroll system enhancements and is accountable for escalation on malfunctioning
  • Acts as Key-User Interfaces and Authorization
Position duties and responsibilities
  • Provides guidance and manages the operational relationship towards the external System Service providers
  • Assures outsourced services are delivered according to the Service- Level- Agreements
  • Acts as Payroll Business Representative in the integration of new businesses into the SAP-Payroll instance 
  • Collaborates with the different stakeholder-groups
  • Takes the lead for coordination and change management of our Swiss wide Payroll System
  • Exchange and facilitate Payroll system and process enhancement with core Swiss Payroll team
  • Cares for further system development  and ensures system compliance at all times
  • Aligns and cooperates with Business Key-Users to assure the system's reliability, stability and availability based on business-needs
  • Collaborates with Satellite-System owners and J&J Compliance teams
  • Manages and monitors the budget and cost for the Swiss PY system solution
  • Act as SPOC (single point of contact) on behalf of J&J-Switzerland for any Payroll related system topics/issues
  • Lead, coach and manage people during projects
  • Lead and coordinate contractors assigned to Payroll system tasks and/or projects

  • Commercial / Administrative education with wide Payroll background, ideally within an international environment
  • University certification in economics and/or IT
  • Good statistical knowledge
  • Good knowledge of IT-systems in general and SAP-HR, especially of the modules OM/PA/PY, SAP-Authorization, in addition SAP-FI is beneficial
  • Interdisciplinary analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and carry out responsibilities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
