Launched in 2010, tutti.ch is an online classifieds site for buying and selling. It was launched in 2010 by the Norwegian media house Schibsted and acquired by Swiss media group Tamedia in July 2015. With more than 10 million monthly visits, tutti.ch is one of the the largest online services in Switzerland.
We’re looking for a smart, talented and dedicated Head of Marketingto lead our mission to become the primary destination for second-hand buyers and sellers in Switzerland.

What you'll do
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for increasing usage of tutti.ch by winning the hearts of new users and increasing the engagement of existing ones. You will devise and execute an integrated marketing strategy across all online and offline channels. You will define and track KPIs to consistently improve the performance of all communication activities. You will take ownership of the positioning of tutti.ch and all related branding efforts.
With your team of 3 marketing musketeers you will coordinate a network of external agencies and freelancers. You will also work with other teams and functions within tutti.ch and Tamedia. As a member of the management team, you will play an important part in developing tutti.ch’s products, business strategy and organizational structure.
Who you are
You have a curious mind and a deep understanding of all things digital. You are full of ideas - and you know how to roll up your sleeves to put them into practice. Your work is characterized by precision and attention to detail. For you, creative and analytical thinking are two sides of the same coin. As a team player with several years of leadership experience, you understand that your success relies on your ability to work with and inspire your team. You know how to listen to others, consider different points of view and make the tough calls no one else wants to make.
You are experienced in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and have a proven track record of success in online, offline, PR and CRM activities. As a data-driven marketer, you smoothly combine communication channels to achieve the best possible performance. You enjoy an entrepreneurial and fast-paced work setting. You’re comfortable working on a number of projects at any given time and aren’t scared of long to-do lists.
We value enthusiasm, reliability, intelligence and a get-shit-done attitude. Beyond that, you’ll need a university degree and excellent command of German and English; any other Swiss language is an advantage. And be prepared to learn snippets of Brazilian Portuguese, Catalan and even Liechtensteinisch (yes, that’s a thing) during and after work hours.
