HR Business Partner Coordinator

We are looking for an  HR BP Coordinator (long-term mission of 12-18 months)for the Fragrance Operations site in Geneva (mostly manufacturing plant). You will be the key support of two HR Managers and of one HR Director, providing wide range assistance in their daily activities. Moreover you will have the opportunity to participate the ad hoc HR projects.

In this exciting job you will:


Drive HR Excellence:in maintaining high level administration of Employee life cycle (implement organizational changes, follow up on entries and departures, ensuring a smooth process of employee transfers, ensuring new comers on-boarding), ensure day-to-day management of HR activities and follow up with the appropriate department when needed (payroll, time management, pension fund). You will be the first point of contact of the Vernier Fragrance Operations population, ensuring smooth on boarding for new comers, answering various HR requests and escalating when necessary.


Lead talent acquisition processes:from the creation of the requisition, to the selection of candidates and final hiring for all local positions within the Vernier Fragrance Operations population. In addition, you will be participating in implementing Global Talent Acquisition in Vernier site.

Utilize the very Best of you:serving as a liaison between COE departments and local HR team, providing support in various HR processes (performance management, salary review, employee benefits, learning & development initiative, international transfer), running SAP report and perform pre-analysis, reviewing process and documentation, monitoring policies, participating in various HR Projects.

  • University Degree required or equivalent combination of education in HR field
  • 3-5 years experience in a HR department acquired in a multinational company, ideally in a +500 employees
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong asset
  • Good knowledge of Swiss Labor law
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Software and SAP
  • French & English fluent (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Prioritization and coordination capabilities
  • Strong customer and service focus, solution oriented
  • Analytical mindset combined with high level of accuracy and attention to details, at ease with figures & confidentiality
  • Team approach to management and peers
  • Self-starter, can do attitude, assertive, ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
