Duties and responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will collect and review the underlying financials of direct investments, including analysis of financial models to the actual results;
  • Will prepare analytical portfolio reporting for the multiple funds on a quarterly basis;
  • He/she will contribute and supervise the year-end closing and annual audit processes;
  • The resource will progressively take on a close interaction with banks and administrators; prepare standard documentation and follow-up on documentation requests;

Skills and specifications

  • University degree (MA, MSc. Level) in financial/economic disciplines; further financial professional qualifications are nice to have;

  • Experience and good skills in IFRS related to financial investments;
  • Ideally experience in an international and multicultural environment;

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Establish the new office: identifying and comparing premises, coordinating visits and decision, planning and coordinating necessary arrangements incl. renovating and setting up furniture and ICT hardware with our IT department;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the office: managing mails and other external services, accommodating employees and visitors, welcoming clients, operating telephone switchboard and booking meeting rooms;
  • Provide general administrative support to the team incl. scheduling meetings and owning team members’ calendars;

Duties and responsibilities

  • Research, review and evaluate new and existing Information Technology and Operation Security technology (working closely with IT team) and where appropriate make recommendation in order to incorporate those technologies into our clients’ security environment.
