Support Level 1 & 2 – Very long term contract – Lausanne
We are looking for 3 support experts to join our team.
- Part of the Service Support Desk, answering first & second level of support
- Ensure fully documented tickets
- Onsite support for users
- Preparation and installation of new PC’s, smartphones
- VIP support
- Asset management
- IT degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting knowledge on Windows, MS Office, MDM, Outlook, AD. GPO is a plus.
- Ability to use a ticketing tool.
- Microsoft certifications is a plus
- Fluent in French, English. German is an asset.
- Customer focus and services oriented
- Good team player and work efficiently within a global team
